      Willborn is currently seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Assistant

      Job Purpose

      Grow warehouse sales by serving and providing our customers with outstanding service. Accurately execute the core warehousing activities that include shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, put-away, cycle counts, and verifying inventory accuracy. Managing core-return processes with parts. Managing individual part warranty processes. Managing parts processes related to manufacturer equipment warranties.


      Minimum Qualifications

      • 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse setting
      • High school diploma
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
      • Valid Driver's License

      *INCREASE INENTORY TURNOVER. Meet and exceed inventory turn goals.

      *DECREASE INVENTORY LOSS. Meet or exceed inventory breakage/shrinkage/restock goals.

      *BE THE FACE AND VOICE OF OUR BRAND. Ensure a "crazy good" experience for both internal and external warehouse customers.
