Job Description
- Req#: 528021
- Candidate should be well versed with all the import shipping documents.
- Candidate must have complete knowledge of import process in India.
- Coordination with foreign suppliers for shipment arrangement.
- Coordination with freight forwarder, shipping line, CHA and transporter.
- Green light process adherence
- Keeping track of shipping documents and further communication to respective service providers
- Creation of Ewaybill
- Tracking of shortage and damages and insurance claim
- Maintaining files for shipment wise import documents
- Adherence of shipment allocation as per lane awarded through global negotiation.
- Supporting role in operational process, reporting and meeting deadlines.
- Risk identification of compliance breach on Customs
- Effective documentation, presentation skills
- Be a self-starter, action oriented, organized and disciplined.
- Ability to work independently with end-to-end import operation in a complaint way.
- Ability to work with team.
- Proactive communication is must.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
