      Job Summary



      Summary: Warehouse Staff supports all initiatives related to purchasing, receiving, storing and controlling of food and beverage, supplies and services for their location. The staff ensures that best products and services are in the right places, at the right times and ready for the guests. Other duties include light warehouse maintenance, and general cleaning of the warehouse area of their location.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Follows steps of service.
      • Ensures all products are stored properly in the locations directed.
      • Receive food and beverage products from several vendors, utilizing large equipment for the process.
      • Delivers product requested during an event, including but not limited to changing kegs of beer.
      • Understands and exceeds the needs of our internal guests.
      • Maintains service areas.
      • Labeling/dating all product being received
      • Facilitates delivery sheet process to stand locations.
      • Maintains proper cleanliness and organization in warehouse.
      • Adheres to company guidelines and house rules
      • Follows responsible alcohol service policies.
      • Maintains inventory records.
      • Performs other duties as assigned.

      Qualifications:

      • Ability to work all events, including: extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
      • Must possess or able to obtain a valid CA alcohol Responsible Beverage Service servers' permit.
      • Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.
      • Minimum of 1-year experience working in a warehouse or similar environment.
      • Stand for long periods of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests.
