- Manage day-to-day administrative duties relating to converting sales orders to shipment, printing pick lists, navigating order entry errors, inventory discrepancies, etc.
- Communicate with sales and warehouse fulfillment teams
- Maintain highly organized database and records
- Perform data entry with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in WMS and ERP solutions
- Understanding of data analysis tools - primarily Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Assisting in the creation and review of inventory and demand reports
- Flexible and cooperative to meet changing and unexpected deadlines. This may include, but is not limited to, being willing to work overtime which may not be scheduled or anticipated in advance.
- Follow all written and verbal instructions
- Consistently demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
- May rotate duties with other teams as needed which will include picking and packing orders as well as inventory management. Must be cooperative and flexible to perform different roles as requested and required.
- Identify ways to enhance efficiency without sacrificing quality
- Able to work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends. Employees will be compensated for overtime in accordance with local, state and federal regulations.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative position

- Comfortable and adept at working with a variety of employees at different levels
- Reliable and punctual
- Self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision

ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support our warehouse fulfillment team! The role requires reliable data entry, ability to navigate various computer systems, understanding of inventory and pick/pack processes and general office/admin work to support our warehouse fulfillment team. Must be comfortable and dedicated to excellent internal customer service.
