- Manage the kitting schedule to ensure timely order fulfillment and production flow.
- Assign resources to tables/workstations based on workload and staffing availability.
- Print and distribute labels for kitting and packaging processes.
- Monitor production progress and make real-time adjustments to maintain efficiency.
- Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure necessary materials are available for kitting.
- Enforce safety and quality standards to maintain compliance with company policies.
- Train and mentor team members, ensuring they understand their tasks and responsibilities.
- Track production metrics and report any issues or bottlenecks to management.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 2+ years in a warehouse, assembly, or kitting environment; experience with a warehouse leadership role is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory tracking software, and label printing systems.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to direct and motivate a team.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly address issues and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Operating warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.

Team & Position Description:
We are currently seeking an Kitting Team Lead to join our Inbound team. The Kitting Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the kitting schedule, assigning resources to workstations, and ensuring smooth warehouse production operations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Range: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour– Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: years of experience, skill set or location. Total compensation includes profit sharing bonus potential, 401k matching, and a variety of other benefits (details can be found here ).
