What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect data and perform statistical analysis
- Manage and complete high impact CI projects
- Demonstrate competency in engineering methods and quality standards
- Supervise continuous improvement engineering professionals
- Facilitate and execute Value Stream Maps & Kaizen Events

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, and seven (7) years or more related work experience
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management operations and Lean methods
- Ability to travel 50% - 70%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- American Production Inventory Control Society (APICS) and/or Supply Chain Logistics Certification
- Data visualization and database programming skills
- Experience in transportation design tools and mapping software
- cPMP, ISO/QMS certification
- Knowledge of Dedicated Services and Managed Transportation Networks
