What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect data and perform statistical analysis
- Manage and complete high impact CI projects
- Demonstrate competency in engineering methods and Lean tools
- Supervise continuous improvement engineering and quality professionals
- Facilitate and execute Value Stream Maps & Kaizen Events

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and seven (7) years or more related work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management operations and Lean methods
- Ability to travel between 50% - 70%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- American Production Inventory Control Society (APICS) and/or Supply Chain Logistics Certification
- Experience in transportation design tools such as JDA, Appian, and Network Design Tools
- Data visualization and database programming skills
- cPMP, ISO/QMS certification
- Understanding and experience in core engineering and data analysis functions
