What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect data and perform statistical analysis
- Manage and complete high impact CI projects across the operation
- Demonstrate competency in engineering methods, Lean tools, and quality standards
- Supervise continuous improvement engineering and quality professionals
- Facilitate and execute Value Stream Maps & Kaizen Events

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and seven (7) years or more related work experience in the Warehousing, Transportation, or Manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management operations, data analytics, Industrial Engineering, and Lean methods
- Travel required 50% - 70%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- cPMP, ISO/QMS certification
- American Production Inventory Control Society (APICS) and/or Supply Chain Logistics Certification
- Data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau) and database programming skills
