Job Description

- Oversee and coordinate all shipping and receiving operations within the warehouse.
- Supervise and lead warehouse personnel, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly documented, labeled, and inspected.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Verify the accuracy of shipments against bills of lading, invoices, or other records.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Schedule pickups and deliveries with freight carriers and vendors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to increase productivity and accuracy.
- Train new staff and ensure adherence to shipping and receiving protocols.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments, including purchasing, production, and customer service.
- 2 years experience managing a team in a warehouse setting
- People management experience required.
- Computer literate, Oracle preferred
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED.

Warehouse Lead
Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm w/overtime as needed
General Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations related to inbound and outbound shipments. This role is responsible for leading a team, ensuring accurate and timely shipping/receiving processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding safety and compliance standards.
