The Warehouse Manager is responsible for directing and engaging employees and Warehouse Supervisors in CJ Logistics America Logistics Center to achieve productivity goals. The
Warehouse Manager will manage Warehouse Supervisors and will spend most of the time coaching and leading the operations team to efficiently and safely achieve production and quality goals.
The role will collaborate with various CJ Logistics teams on implementing initiatives and
coordinating resources to implement solutions and training.u00A0u00A0

Provide Leadership

Manage the Workforce Warehouse Supervisors
uF0A7 Train Warehouse Supervisors and hold them accountable for performance
uF0A7 Ensure Warehouse Supervisors are observing, training and coaching operations employees tou00A0drive performanceu00A0
uF0A7 Conduct regular team meetings
uF0A7 Walk the floor and create a strong presence in the Logistics Center
uF0A7 Provide consistent messaging and communications
uF0A7 Lead and engage in site activities and ESG events
uF0A7 Hold monthly safety meetings with the safety committee
uF0A7 Lead and participate in site management meetings and employee round tables
uF0A7 Connect employees to CJ Logistics and the Customeru2019s business objectivesu00A0u00A0
Deliver Performance (including Safety, Quality, Productivity & Customer Requirements)
uF0A7 Implement action plans to deliver results
uF0A7 Manage a staffing plan to drive results
uF0A7 Review employee & shift performance with Warehouse Supervisors
uF0A7 Drive cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement activity
uF0A7 Support Warehouse Supervisors efforts to improve operational performance
uF0A7 Participate and assist in completion of inventory and quality audits
uF0A7 Partner with leadership to coordinate supplies ordering and maintenance schedulesu00A0u00A0
Oversee the Workplace Environment
uF0A7 Ensure the building is clean, safe and damage is being addressed and managed
uF0A7 Troubleshoot problems and remove obstacles so that Warehouse Supervisors can properly
manage their shift
uF0A7 Ensure systems are set up appropriately and processes are adhered to, allowing
operations employees to be productive
uF0A7 Manage the environment to ensure throughput and make the system worku00A0u00A0
Liaison with Customer Service and Inventory functionsu00A0u00A0Requirements and Qualificationsu00A0u00A0u00A0

uF0A7 Bilingual (Korean/ English)
uF0A7 Bacheloru2019s degree
uF0A7 3-5 years of experience supervising employees and managing leaders
uF0A7 Skills in leadership, organization, communication and cross functional teamwork
uF0A7 Understanding of warehousing operations with experience in a distribution and/or
manufacturing environment
uF0A7 Emphasis on safety is extremely importantu00A0u00A0Preferredu00A0
uF0A7 Familiarity with MHE
uF0A7 Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word
uF0A7 Familiarity with warehouse management systems or Red Prairie WMS is a plusu00A0u00A0Personal Qualitiesu00A0
uF0A7 Ability shift priorities easily, and multi-task in a highly transactional environment
uF0A7 Excellent problem solving skills
uF0A7 Ability to engage with the workforce and leadership teams and create a positive
