What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and train warehouse team members, providing performance feedback and assigning duties
- Manage operational procedures related to incoming and outgoing shipments, merchandise organization, and inventory maintenance
- Plan production schedules and allocate resources for job assignments while tracking time and production records
- Monitor warehouse activities, including sales and purchasing, to ensure product availability
- Investigate accidents in accordance with company procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse supervisory experience
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong conflict management skills
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures, from -20°F to 100°F, while using personal protective equipment
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.

- Familiarity with safety protocols and accident investigation procedures
- Strong communication skills to maintain open lines with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
