What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the implementation and management of Warehouse Systems/Operations software across assigned territories
- Coordinate and manage go-live preparation tasks, including configuration, testing, and training
- Monitor system performance, resolve operational issues, and ensure compliance with company practices
- Provide ongoing support and training to distribution center management and staff
- Identify opportunities for system or process improvements and collaborate with other managers to establish best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in a related role
- Previous exposure to PkMS or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Detailed understanding of WMS configuration and functionality in a warehouse environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with root cause analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in warehouse operations
- Familiarity with AS400 or equivalent environments
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as Cognos or Business Objects
- Experience with Lean or Six-Sigma methodologies
- Willingness to travel up to 33% of the time
