What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the implementation and management of Warehouse Systems/Operations software across various divisional territories
- Coordinate go-live preparations, including site configuration, testing, training, and support
- Monitor system performance and conduct audits to enhance operational processes
- Provide ongoing leadership and training to distribution center management
- Identify opportunities for system or process improvement and develop best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in a related role
- Previous exposure to PkMS or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in warehouse operations
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Cognos or Business Objects
- Knowledge of Lean or Six-Sigma methodologies
- Experience with debugging RPGLE programs
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel or Access
