Job Description

- Responsible for the HR functions in your area (coach, document employee issues, performance reviews, timesheets, etc).
- Support compliance requirements with all policies, rules and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures (OSHA, ISO, DOT, etc.)
- Support the safety and security of all associates, ensure safety incidents are reported 100% of the time, within 24 hours and strive for zero lost-time incidences
- Accept ownership of KPI targets: safety, people, culture, customer needs, quality and on-time delivery
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects and help reduce cost year-over-year
- Improve the skill level of your team through training and supporting target turnover rates of less than 15%
- Actively participate and facilitate daily huddles
- Respond to process questions, troubleshooting and problem-solving needs from your team
- Support inventory control efforts at your location, ensuring cycle count goals and inventory accuracy goals are met
- High School diploma
- Forklift license preferred
- 3+ years warehouse experience
- Experience leading a team of people required.
- Strong communication skills – verbal and nonverbal
- Clear, effective and directive communicator
- Problem solving skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to delegate to individual team members
- Computer Skills (Microsoft Office and WMS)
- Ability to move and lift up to 70 pounds
Endries International Inc. currently has an opening for a Warehouse Team Lead in Kennesaw, GA.
As a Warehouse Team Lead you will work alongside your team but be responsible for the productivity for your designated work area as well as the team members. You’ll ensure that product moves through your area efficiently to meet our customer standards. Previous experience leading a team is required!
