Job Title: Warehouse Technician

Pay: $20 per hour / $30 per hour for all overtime. 48-60 hours per week guaranteed!

Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Technician to join our team. This position requires loading operations of trucks and trailers using industrial equipment at a materials transfer terminal. The Warehouse Technician must follow a schedule to ensure orders are loaded by the correct departure time, perform sanitation duties, and some preventative maintenance. This role requires working outside in all weather conditions and the ability to stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders, and lift and carry 50 pounds (23 kilograms).

Work Environment

This position operates on a night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Candidates are expected to work 4 or 5 days weekly (48 or 60 hours) that will require some weekends. Employees will work outside in all weather conditions and must follow safety protocols. The role requires standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders, and lifting heavy objects. The company will provide training for all necessary programs and requirements.

Essential Skills

• Experience with inventory
• Experience in a warehouse environment
• Follow a schedule to ensure orders are loaded by the correct departure time
• Perform sanitation and some preventative maintenance tasks
• Willingness to follow all safety and food safety rules and procedures
• Willingness to learn about and operate all equipment in the bulk house
• Direct other employees in proper safety, food safety, and sanitation procedures
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to operate hand tools and perform mechanical assembly
• Ability to stand and walk continuously for 8-12 hours
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds (23 kilograms)
• Reliable transportation to and from work for all shifts and weekends

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
