      We've launched a new Assortment Strategy and are looking to hire a WASA® Global Senior Analyst for the core part of our assortment, the Crispbreads. It’s the heart of our business – crunchy, natural products that are tasty and healthy, enabling our consumers to be creative with the crispbread as a canvas for any flavor. This role involves working on the current products within our crispbread segments for healthy & tasty experiences but most importantly shaping the future with innovation/business development.

      Key Acountabilities

      As a Global Senior Analyst for WASA®, you will:

      • Contribute to the global growth strategy for the crispbreads by becoming a business expert and be actively involved in addressing unique challenges faced by WASA® in different countries.
      • Act as liaison for WASA® across various departments (RDQ, Supply Chain, Finance, Center of Excellence Equity & Communication, Digital, Media planning, Shopper).
      • Ensure ongoing monitoring of the crispbread segments and competitive landscape through regular and ad hoc analyses.
      • Identify innovation opportunities in designated platforms through global or local research to ensure strong concept development, grounded in robust consumer insights.
      • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the effective delivery of Innovation Projects, adhering to the Barilla Phase & Gate process.
      • Contribute to the development of your product segment’s communication and activation strategy, overseeing the implementation and launch of new products in regions.

      Desired Skills and Background

      • Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
      • 3+ years’ experience in a commercial area (consumer-shopper-trade marketing, customer teams/key account management, category management) in the FMCG industry. Previous experience at regional level is recommended.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
      • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
      • Fluency in English.

      Additional Information

      • This position reports to the Global WASA® Associate Marketing Director.
      • Permanent local contract in the Netherlands.
      • The expected start date is September 2025.
