What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical advisement on water quality environmental compliance
- Prepare briefings, reports, and staff packages on water quality compliance programs
- Recommend updates to training materials and courses related to water quality
- Review and update SWPPPs, SWMPs, and NPDES permits
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S. in engineering, environmental science, geology, biology, or related field
- Three years of experience supporting water quality compliance programs
- Familiarity with CWA and SDWA environmental compliance programs
- Experience working collaboratively with DoD stakeholders
- Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one by employment start date

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- M.S. in environmental science, engineering, or related field
- Experience with Lead Service Line (LSL) inventories
- ArcGIS and/or Auto CADD experience
- Clean Water Act program management experience
- Strong communication skills for briefing upper management
