What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support customers who have purchased Veolia-based systems or products
- Drive feedback to engineering and product management for sustained product and project delivery improvement
- Manage incoming customer issues/claims until solutions provided to customer satisfaction
- Represent the technical support team as an active 24/7 after-hours on-call representative
- Train operators on system functions and troubleshooting techniques
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS in a STEM field and/or a minimum of 5 years of experience in water/wastewater treatment projects or related fields
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment to deliver business results
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Availability for 8am-5pm CST shift plus 24/7 on-call coverage 25% of the time
- Drive a winning mentality and culture
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions products, solutions, and applications
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Background in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools
- Working knowledge and experience with PLC & HMI/SCADA programming and troubleshooting
- Mathematical skills, including math operations in all units of measure
