      Job Title WBS Global Operations Manager – HR

      Purpose of Role:

      This role is a key counterpart to the service delivery teams of the BPO provider and will identify and highlight operational issues to the WBS leadership and will be the firewall to highlight and resolve BPO-related risks and issues.

      This role will be accountable for the execution of the globally defined process vision, whilst driving innovation and continuous improvement. The role-holder will also be responsible for the identification of potential process and performance improvement measures on a more detailed level.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Collaborate effectively with the H2R Functional Transformation Process Expert to successfully migrate and implement processes through to stabilisation by thorough planning and execution.

      • Oversight of BPO and Satellite operations and ensure compliance with functional concepts and expected performance levels.

      • Facilitate regular exchanges between retained Weir, Satellites and BPO at an operational level to identify process innovation and seek improvement opportunities through cross-functional collaboration.

      • Act as a key counterpart to delivery teams in order to address and mitigate operational risks and issues.

      • Monitor and report process costs and performance in close collaboration with WBS performance analysts.

      Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
      · Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.

      • You will have an in-depth understanding of business process management concepts, methodologies, and frameworks and be proficient in analysing existing business processes and be able to identify areas of improvement to enhance efficiency and quality.

      • You will be skilled in clearly and comprehensively documenting processes, workflows and standard operating procedures.

      • You will be able to manage multiple demands and priorities simultaneously.

      • You will be familiar with BPM software tools and platforms and as such, be able to create models and perform the necessary analysis required. You will be comfortable in using all MS Office tools and be able to select the right tool for the right job.

      • You will have a continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset and enjoy proactively and seeking out opportunities for process optimisation and operational effectiveness.

      • As a strong collaborator and motivator, you will understand the benefits of teamwork and proactively encourage growth and development within your team, promoting ownership and collective responsibility for the operational success.
