      The Wealth FDIC Program Lead is responsible for driving the generation, analysis, and submission of the FDIC Part 370 Exam Observation Reports and the annual compliance certification for Part 370 compliance to the FDIC Annual Attestation .

      The purpose of 12 C.F.R. part 370 (Part 370) Recordkeeping for Timely Insurance Deposit Determination, is to ensure that deposit insurance can be accurately calculated to facilitate the timely payment of insured funds to depositors in the event a covered institution, a bank with two million or more deposit accounts, fails. Part 370 provides that the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) will conduct tests of covered institutions’ compliance to ensure the deposit records needed to complete an insurance determination are complete and that a covered institution’s information technology (IT) systems are accurately calculating deposit insurance coverage by ownership right and capacity (ORC).

      The overall objective is to apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge to contribute to directional strategy. The position has responsibility for FDIC 370 related processes being compliant with current regulations, supported by documentation standards and with effective preventive and detective controls. The position will coordinate with multiple workstreams including the CBNA FDIC Program Office , Technology, Operations, Product , Finance and partners across the different Client Business Segments within Wealth to deliver results.

      Detailed responsibilities include but are not limited to:

      -Represent the FDIC Wealth Program Coordinator in various FDIC Meetings/ Forums

      - Serve as the FDIC Welath Program Coordinator delegate

      -Support the analysis and submission of Monthly Disposition -FDIC 370 reports.

      -Work with stakeholders and Wealth leadership on strategic planning, establishing guidelines, implementing controls (i.e. Asses ongoing reporting logic, Systemic changes, Data Quality assesmnet , MCA ), and executing strategic plans.

      -Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.

      -Instill operational discipline into existing team processes

      -Effective communication: cross-functional collaboration, presentations to Senior Management, issue resolution with Technology.

      -Ensuring high level of quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all assigned deliverables with minimal supervision.

      - Lead the identification of and drive resolution of issues, including those outside established norms for the designated business line(s), in collaboration with key stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Banker teams, Operations & Technology

      -Maintain a high degree of technical and policy understanding with respect to business risk process.

      -Manage assigned projects in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and that deliverables are met.

      -Bachelor’s degree required

      - 7-10 years relevant work experience in operations, banking compliance, risk management, project management related function in the financial services industry.

      -Strong analytical skills, and must be able to multi-task and complete projects on time.

      - Superior multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, often deadline-oriented and dynamic environment

      -Process design and analysis skills

      -Research, analysis, and judgment skills

      - Strong PowerPoint skills, intermediate Excel skills

      -Should be a self-starter and organized, and must have the ability to work independently, without supervision.

      -Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.

      -High aptitude for proactive problem analysis and resolution.

      -Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in English

      -Ability to build and foster internal relationships

      -Strategic thinker with intellectual curiosity

      -Demonstrated leader capable of driving change

      -Expert understanding of operational risk management, best practices and control initiatives

      -People and project management experience

      -Ability to quickly adapt to change
