What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze web traffic data to identify trends, opportunities, and causes of change in website performance
- Collaborate with marketing teams to troubleshoot issues and implement strategic improvements
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor website performance and inform decisions
- Develop and present data-driven insights and reports to stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and evaluate the effectiveness of website changes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or digital marketing/web relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant digital/web analytics experience
- Strong analytical skills with experience in website analytics and data visualization
- Proficient in web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics preferred) and data visualization platforms (PowerBI preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to connect multiple data sources and analyze large datasets using SQL

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
- A curious mindset with the ability to investigate underlying factors affecting website performance
