- Collect and analyze website data, including traffic volume, conversion rates, and overall engagement.
- Monitor trends and identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Create reports and dashboards that highlight important insights.
- Support the planning, evaluation, and documentation of web property tagging for both analytics and marketing purposes.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to track the effectiveness of online advertising campaigns.
- Evaluate the performance of process flows and website experiments.
- Partner with other team members to extract, combine, clean and analyze data sourced from different repositories.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics.
- Moderate to advanced proficiency with Google Tag Manager or similar tag management solutions.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Apache Superset or Looker Studio.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Familiarity with web technologies and tracking implementations, including JavaScript, HTML, website tagging, and cookies.
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data extraction.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS or GCP).
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, cleaning, and analysis techniques.
- At least three years of professional experience focused on data engineering, reporting, or statistical analysis
- Experience in the Financial Services industry
- Understanding of database design, marketing analytics and implementation of marketing tech.
