      About the Position

      The Web and Content Development Intern will assist in the execution of web development tasks for Lilly Pulitzer's e-commerce and social media platforms. This position is focused on client-side technologies like HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.

      A day in the life…

      This position will require frequent updates to our CMS (Salesforce Commerce Cloud), primarily using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript. The candidate will work with Creative and Marketing teams to ensure requirements are clear. Given the nature of the business, requirements may change from time to time and thus may require on-the-fly changes from the Web and Content Developer. Deliverables must adhere to strict timelines without exception, as this work is directly visible to the consumer and in many cases may help drive conversions.

      Qualifications for the Position

      • Basic knowledge or experience with HTML5, CSS, and basic JavaScript preferred.
      • Good communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
      • Ability to work well collaboratively and independently.
      • Must be pursuing a degree or relevant coursework in web development, computer information systems or computer science.

      • This position is classified as hourly; non-exempt. This position is not eligible for standard company benefits.
      • This position is required to maintain a structured hybrid work schedule based out of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia. This hybrid schedule, which includes work done in the King of Prussia Office as well as your Home Office will be determined by your supervisor.
      • This position is expected to collaborate effectively with other individuals in alignment with our Core Values and Core Leadership Qualities.
      • This position requires compliance with Lilly Pulitzer policies and a detailed Code of Conduct as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
