  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Develop, maintain, and enhance WordPress and HubSpot sites, including custom themes, modules, and security updates
  - Design and build new reusable templates and interactive modules to ensure consistency and scalability
  - Audit and improve existing sites by implementing fixes and content updates
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute site migrations and consolidations
  - Implement and validate analytics, pixels, and event tracking across platforms
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of experience maintaining and building marketing websites/landing pages in a professional environment, or 2+ years of relevant experience
  - Strong front-end development skills in HTML5, CSS3/Sass, and JavaScript
  - Proficiency in WordPress, including themes, custom post types, and plugin configuration
  - Experience with HubSpot CMS, including themes/templates/modules
  - Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with HubSpot CMS development, including custom modules and HubL
  - Familiarity with complex multi-site website portfolios
  - Knowledge of CRO/A/B testing and marketing optimization techniques
  - Exposure to modern stacks or headless CMS (e.g., Next.js, Gatsby)
  - Understanding of design systems/component libraries and Figma workflows
