What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build, test, document, and maintain application programs and interfaces using CMS platforms
- Lead meetings, manage deliverables, and align with business goals across a 15-person team
- Produce clear technical documentation and conduct rigorous testing to ensure quality
- Proactively suggest module system improvements and automation opportunities
- Identify and escalate issues, document impact, and provide technical support as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1+ year experience with CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms, and project management tools
- Ability to represent the website as the main point of contact and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Proven leadership skills and ability to lead meetings
- Demonstrated ability to bring new ideas and solutions to the team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ year of experience in enterprise-level systems and processes
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in customer service
