  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Develop and maintain client-facing web applications, including new development and enhancements
  - Communicate progress, status, issues, and resolutions to team members and management
  - Participate in various phases of the software development life cycle, including specifications, QA, and bug fixes
  - Collaborate with IT and product teams to execute the overall technology strategy and roadmap
  - Implement and consume SOAP or REST services while ensuring alignment with business needs
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Must be willing to work Eastern Standard Time
  - Computer Science degree or equivalent skills with 5+ years of full-time web development experience using Microsoft technologies
  - 5+ years of experience developing web applications with C#, HTML5, MVC, Entity Framework, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery
  - Proficient in Visual Studio and the Microsoft stack, including .NET Core and .NET 8 or higher
  - Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with Telerik tools, Git source control, and Azure
  - Understanding of healthcare claims data
  - Strong critical thinking skills to translate business needs into technical solutions
