What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Digital team to design and maintain front-end features within the content management system (CMS)
- Develop and manage CMS workflows and back-end functionality for multiple websites
- Create and maintain data feeds to support integrations across platforms
- Implement features by integrating with REST-based APIs
- Provide internal support for CMS users to ensure effective publishing operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6 and beyond)
- Proficiency with React.js and experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX
- Hands-on experience with version control in a collaborative environment, preferably Git
- Solid foundation in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Mocha, Karma, Jest, or Chai
- Experience with frameworks and libraries such as Bootstrap, SASS/SCSS/LESS, Node.js, and/or PHP
- Familiarity with HTTP request tools such as Axios or the native Fetch API
- Comfort using command-line tools for development and troubleshooting
- Understanding of performance monitoring and optimization tools such as Lighthouse
