- Own and drive the marketing website roadmap, prioritizing updates and initiatives in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and manage the development, design, and maintenance of Prenuvo's marketing website in Webflow.
- Oversee website performance, analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to implement engaging UX/UI enhancements.
- Ensure accessibility (WCAG compliance), site security, and best practices for SEO and performance.
- Manage website updates, new page builds, and iterative improvements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and work with internal or external teams to resolve them including but not limited Zapier, Salesforce integrations etc.
- Maintain documentation of website processes, workflows, and best practices.
- 4+ years of experience in Webflow development and website project management.
- Strong technical expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other developer tools.
- Experience with marketing websites, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and WCAG accessibility guidelines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using website performance tools (Google Analytics etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- The base salary for this role ranges from $110,000-$120,000 USD, depending upon experience

We are seeking a Marketing Website Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing website and related digital experiences. This role will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Prenuvo's website, enhancing the brand and delivering a high-quality user experience. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams-including marketing, design, and engineering-to enhance site functionality, optimize conversion rates, and maintain a world-class digital presence.
This is a fully remote role, however, there is a strong preference for candidates located in Pacific Time Zone (PST).
