      We are looking for a dedicated Webinar & Conference Producer to join our dynamic team!

      Role Overview:
      This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for science communication, webinar production, and event management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of webinars and online events. This role will involve sourcing speakers, curating scientific agendas, managing technical aspects, and ensuring an engaging virtual experience for audiences and clients.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned webinars, editorial-led sessions, and online events across LMG.
      • Source high-quality speakers and develop industry-leading scientific event agendas.
      • Research scientific literature to ensure events focus on cutting-edge advancements in life sciences, drug discovery, and analytical chemistry.
      • Oversee all production tasks, including client communication, pre-recording, video editing, and live event administration using BigMarker and other event software.
      • Write promotional copy to support event marketing efforts.
      • Ensure seamless communication between clients, speakers, and internal teams.
      • Maintain high-quality execution of online events, ensuring professional standards at all times.
      • Support event production and administration for live online events, including those in different time zones (occasional work outside standard office hours).
      • Maintain real-time accuracy of data trackers and project management tools like Trello.
      • Attend weekly department meetings to provide updates on event progress.


      Required Skills & Qualifications:

      • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
      • Technically adept and comfortable learning new software.
      • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
      • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
      • Outgoing and comfortable engaging with clients, scientists, and key opinion leaders.
      • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
      • Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
      • Demonstrable passion for science and science communication.
      • Flexibility to accommodate occasional work outside normal office hours to support global audiences.


      Education & Experience:

      • Previous experience in online event/webinar production OR a bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related discipline).
      • Experience in a client-facing role and project management.
      • Marketing experience (desirable).
      • Understanding of the science industry (preferred).
