      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a liaison between IT and internal customers for software and hardware support
      - Maintain 24/7 support and collect tracking data for intranet applications
      - Identify and plan for organizational impacts of new systems while integrating technical requirements
      - Document user requirements and contribute to user manuals
      - Support corporate communications initiatives and ensure compliance with security and privacy regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
      - High School Graduate
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and intranet applications
      - At least 3 years of communications experience in healthcare information services
      - Experience working directly with clients on daily activities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s Degree in Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related design field
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and intranet monitoring tools
