- 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
- Willingness to drive throughout the East Valley service area
- Smartphone for emails and communication
- At least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal)
- Ability to pass criminal background check, drug screen, and TB test
- Must obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
- Reliable, compassionate, and dependable

FlorenceWeekend caregivers must be available for day, evening, and overnight shifts.
