What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication to assist customers
- Input orders and appointments accurately and efficiently into various computer programs
- Independently and collaboratively solve problems
- Manage escalated phone calls to ensure timely resolution and provide summaries to managers
- Perform general office duties such as filing, faxing, and creating documents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Dependability and excellent attendance
- 3-5+ years of customer service and/or general office administrative experience preferred
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to quickly learn program and product knowledge, navigate a Windows environment, and work on a PC
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Passion for taking care of customers and ensuring their satisfaction
- Familiarity with Northwest Cascade, Inc. and Honey Bucket
- Previous experience in civil construction or related industries
