      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as an expert resource for families seeking senior care options, delivering an exceptional experience
      - Handle inbound, pre-screened leads and conduct in-depth consultation calls with families
      - Educate families on customized senior care options and connect them with appropriate communities and providers
      - Act as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers
      - Meet daily production benchmarks by referring families to communities and scheduling tours to drive move-ins

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Two or more years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center
      - Proven history of exceeding sales targets
      - Ability to multitask, including talking on the phone while taking notes
      - Strong computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel, and ability to learn internal CRM systems
      - Successful completion of the new hire training program

      - Experience in the senior care industry or related fields
      - Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to empathize with families
      - Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
