What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as an expert resource for families seeking senior care options, delivering exceptional customer service
- Handle inbound, pre-screened leads while maintaining strong schedule adherence in a remote work environment
- Conduct detailed initial consultation calls to assess family needs and preferences
- Educate families on tailored senior care options and facilitate connections to appropriate providers
- Act as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers to ensure smooth transitions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in inside sales or an inbound call center
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong multitasking abilities, including talking on the phone and taking notes simultaneously
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Word, Excel, and the ability to navigate internal CRM systems
- Completion of the new hire training program is mandatory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the senior care industry or a related field
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong empathy and problem-solving skills to assist families in difficult situations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
