      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process new patient intakes, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate
      - Conduct insurance eligibility and benefit checks for incoming referrals
      - Navigate EMR systems and payer portals efficiently to facilitate patient care
      - Communicate effectively with operations, sales, and referral sources to ensure timely coordination
      - Manage and reconcile insurance changes on a weekly basis while maintaining HIPAA compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 1 year of recent experience navigating medical insurance verification and eligibility
      - At least 1 year of recent experience working with multiple EMR platforms and insurance portals
      - At least 1 year of recent medical referral processing experience
      - Must reside in Florida and have access to a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace
      - Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Clinical background, such as LPN or MA
      - Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and insurance portals
