What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer agency phone calls and respond to voicemails, emails, and text messages in a timely manner
- Document intake information for prospective clients and notify the owner of inquiries
- Coordinate caregiver staffing for call-offs and open shifts, ensuring coverage
- Report concerns from clients, families, and employees to supervisory staff
- Attend weekly client status calls with office staff and nurses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in the Washington DC metro area
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
- Detail-oriented with strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines
- Availability for occasional weekday off-hours support is a plus
