      What to expect:

      Martin Marietta is seeking a Weighmaster to join our team. The ideal individual will be safety conscious, dependable, and motivated. This individual will be responsible for accurately weighing and ticketing customer trucks. The weighmaster will maintain records related to ticketing operations and assist in the safe entry and exit of all visitors and customers through site training and instruction.

      A typical day for a(n) Weighmaster may include:
      u00A0
      • Operating an automated scale and related computer software program to generate customer tickets
      • Administering site specific training to visitors and ensures site guidelines are followed
      • Directing customers to the appropriate areas of the site
      • Maintaining accurate records of aggregate tonnage and sales activities on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and prepares basic reports
      • Communicating with other site personnel to ensure proper recording of sales activities and fulfillment of customer needs
      • Answering customer calls and communicates pricing, product descriptions, and product availability
      • Maintaining professionalism in all situations in the workplace and when working with customers
      • Operate a haul truck when weighmaster responsibilities are not required
      • Aiding in the training of co-workers as needed
      • Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor u00A0
      You may be a good fit if you:

      • Possess a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience to perform the responsibilities associated with this position
      • Have u00A0 previous customer service experience (preferred)
