Job Description

- Operating an automated scale and related computer software program to generate customer tickets
- Administering site specific training to visitors and ensures site guidelines are followed
- Directing customers to the appropriate areas of the site
- Maintaining accurate records of aggregate tonnage and sales activities on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and prepares basic reports
- Communicating with other site personnel to ensure proper recording of sales activities and fulfillment of customer needs
- Answering customer calls and communicates pricing, product descriptions, and product availability
- Maintaining professionalism in all situations in the workplace and when working with customers
- Operate a haul truck when weighmaster responsibilities are not required
- Aiding in the training of co-workers as needed
- Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor u00A0
- Possess a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience to perform the responsibilities associated with this position
- Have u00A0 previous customer service experience (preferred)
