      Pay Range: $65,231.14 to $97,838.00

      Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

      Kwik Trip’s Talent Operation’s (TO) Department is seeking an Wellness Analyst. In this role the individual will be responsible for creating and fostering a wellness culture in the organization. Creating opportunities for coworkers to engage in healthy behaviors and providing tools, education, and incentives for our coworkers to lead healthy, happy lives.

      Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

      • Implement, administers, manages and oversees program activities designed to benefit the health and wellbeing of coworkers
      • Track and report wellbeing program goals
      • Manages and administers annual biometric screenings
      • Clinically develops and manages wellbeing program activities to engage coworkers in healthy behaviors
      • Make recommendations on changes or additions to the program
      • Develop communication of wellbeing programs and initiatives
      • Work on various projects and initiatives related to coworker wellbeing
      • Partner with our Health Centers to promote services, increase utilization, and engagement
      • Develop and oversee wellness budget

      Qualifications:

      • Minimum Associates Registered Nurse (RN) degree
      • 4+ years experience designing wellbeing programs.
      • RN degree and license certification
      • Wellness or Healthcare certification
      • Clinical experience is preferred
      • General knowledge of ACA, DOL, EEOC, and GINA regulations related to wellness programs
      • Understanding of HIPAA privacy regulations related to healthcare
      • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
      • Strong written and oral communication skills
      • Strong presentation skills
      • Ability to multi-task
      • Strong organizational skills
      • Ability to work well independently as well as within a group

      Work Schedule: Generally, Monday through Friday, daytime hours. Weekends and evening as necessary. Occasional travel as needed.
