What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Wellness Specialist and Wellness Team in the operations of the employee wellness program
- Support the administration of various wellness program governance teams
- Help implement wellness programs and assist with day-to-day administrative functions
- Communicate effectively with participants, peers, and client management teams
- Provide monthly reports on participation, activities, and results

What is Required (Qualifications):
- CPR and AED certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or a wellness-related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in corporate wellness preferred
- Experience with wellness program technologies, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with data analytics

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong conceptual, strategic, and visionary skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
