Job Summary:
- Develop wellness programming, benefits, and resources tailored to health populations.
- Plan and execute events and create communication plans and campaigns.
- Create marketing content for internal distribution.
- Assist in coordinating benefits and wellness activities.
- Analyze program utilization and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with the Digital Media Team to create educational videos.
- Assist with team member incentive program and delivery.
- Help manage the corporate fitness center, medical clinic, and dental clinic.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, exercise science, nutrition, kinesiology, marketing, or communications.
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-starter with the ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional evening events.
- Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of benefits.
- Interest in event planning.
- Experience in graphic design.
- Passion for health, wellness, and/or benefits.
