Job Description

- Support Well Performance Lead in planning and execution of team engagement events
- Coordinate benchmarking and wells performance management.
- Manage the data input and interrogation of Landmark Suite of Well Management.
- Responsible for coordinating input to Rushmore Benchmarking and interrogating the database to provide insights and analysis of EQ performance vs peers.
- Support Well Performance Lead in the collection, analysis and sharing of lessons learned and best practices.
- Control well files and ensure data is effectively and accurately managed.
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve the flow of information throughout the Wells team using latest IT systems (e.g. SharePoint)
- Interface with Subsurface for wells data on annual OGA asset returns
- Develop Power BI data analytics for wells operations and cost performance
- Maintain Wells SharePoint site as access point to performance data, benchmarking and lessons learned.
- A motivated self-starter, proactive, flexible and able to respond positively to challenge and ad-hoc requests.
- Ability to contribute to the team, but equally work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
- Strives for continuous improvement; brings solutions and constantly seeks new and better ways to work.
- Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Experience in a similar role within well engineering.
- Excellent IT, data and knowledge management skills.
