      - Opportunity to work with a dynamic team of faculty, graduate students, and staff
      - Hands-on experience with DIY projects required
      - Opportunity to gain experience in PCB layout, SMD soldering, and website development
      - Flexible work schedule within Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm timeframe

      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist lab researchers with general lab tasks and equipment maintenance
      - Maintain and enhance technical content on the lab website
      - Assist with redesigning hardware for energy systems lab courses
      - Support faculty and graduate students with funded research projects
      - Ability to lift 40lbs is required for physical demands

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Currently enrolled in a University of Wisconsin System school
      - Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
      - Hands-on experience with DIY projects
      - Experience with PCB layout, SMD soldering, and website development is a plus
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Machine or wood shop skills
      - Experience using TEAMLab and/or Makerspace
      - WordPress and PHP website skills
      - Previous experience with small motor test benches or electric machine fabrication
      - Strong communication and collaboration skills
