      Position Summary:

      We are looking for several Data Analysis Assistants to join our growing team at Fairbanks, Dover Fueling Solutions on a fixed term basis until June 2024.

      This is a great opportunity if you are looking for your first steps in starting a career or you are looking for a something different as full training will be given.

      What we do:

      The Wetstock Data Analyst service assists fuel retailers, across the globe, in managing their forecourts and fuel by managing their datal. The key purpose of the Data Analyst role is to provide an expert data analysis and fuel management service to our customers by identifying data trends of concern, query unusual variances, provide reporting information and conduct investigations to data presenting a concern until we reach a resolution.

      We are looking for the successful Candidate to:

      • Be able to interpret and provide accuracy to data
      • Be able to define and analyse problem trends effectively, evaluate options critically and make reasoned decisions / recommendations
      • Be customer focused and provide excellent customer service
      • Show good communication skills both written and verbal
      • Show excellent attention to detail
      • Be a self-starter - able to work alone as well as part of a team, especially in a Hybrid-working environment
      • Show organisational skills with the ability to work to agreed deadlines, prioritising key tasks
      • Show excellent computer skills specifically, Microsoft Office, Windows Applications, web usage and able to learn to use bespoke internal software
      • Be IT literate, able to problem solve technical issues and able to work with customers to troubleshoot connection issues with our equipment at site
      • Previous experience within Data Analytics is desirable but not essential as full training will be given
