      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist individuals in understanding their Medicare coverages and selecting appropriate products
      - Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales, including inbound and outbound calls
      - Respond to customer inquiries with empathy and active listening
      - Identify additional customer needs and suggest upgrades to products or services
      - Ensure a positive customer experience by resolving issues effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current health insurance license in the state of residence
      - No appointments on license or ability to have them removed
      - Minimum of six (6) months of sales experience
      - Strong customer service orientation
      - High school diploma or equivalent

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in Spanish (fluent)
      - Experience in the health insurance industry
      - Familiarity with Medicare products and services
      - Strong computer skills and internet access (>15 mbps)
