What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor agent schedule adherence in real-time using adherence software and report non-adherent events
- Collaborate with analytics, forecasting, scheduling, and Learning & Development teams for continuous improvement
- Handle complex inquiries regarding Workforce Management reporting and performance
- Provide peer-to-peer training and support for new team members
- Innovate and assist in evolving WFM policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 12 months experience supporting Workforce Management (CMS RTA, Aspect)
- Strong track record of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project)
- Technical knowledge of Workforce Management solutions
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Knowledge and experience with Quality Management System (QMS) tools and methodology
