      Leasing Consultant & Cleaning Specialist

      Are you a multi-talented individual with a passion for property management and cleaning? We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Leasing Consultant & Cleaning Specialist to join our team for a multi-site communities.

      Location: Chandler, Loomis, Price, and Whitney Coldwater, Quincy and Hillsdale, MI

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Leasing Consultant:
        • Greets prospective residents, qualifies, determines needs and preferences, professionally presents community and specific apartments while communicating features and benefits.
        • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests.
        • Manage lease agreements, renewals, and rent collection.
        • Occasionally will be asked to perform external market outreach at nearby businesses, organizations, etc.
        • Answers incoming phone calls and handles each call accordingly, whether it is a client call, resident with a concern, service request, etc. Transfer calls to property manager when appropriate.
      • Cleaning Specialist :
        • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas and vacant units.
        • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
        • Prepare units for new tenants, including deep cleaning and minor repairs.
        • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

      Qualifications:

      • Previous experience in leasing/sales and/or cleaning.
      • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
      • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Basic maintenance and repair skills are a plus.
