The Wholesale team works with our customers one-on-one, developing professional relationships based on trust and care.

      GENERAL FUNCTION

      The Sales Analyst role directly supports the Account Managers and reports into Manager- Sales Analytics. The Analyst will execute analysis of multiple points of data and provide clear and concise reporting while maintaining company reporting systems. The Analyst will act as the point person for customer analytics and will share feedback and insight to our internal and external partners. The Analyst will offer insight into the data will and facilitate solution-oriented strategies to drive the bottom line.

      MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Supports the sales team in the achievement of annual performance objectives including sales units, dollars and AUP.
      • Delivers data analysis to senior management (US and global), product, marketing, and demand planning teams weekly, monthly, seasonally by product category and channel.
      • Reporting responsibilities include but are not limited to: retail sell through, wholesale shipments, account inventory levels, sell-in, sell-thru, performance tracking, stock to sales ratio, top door analysis, ROI’s.
      • Contributes to development of seasonal recaps that identify successes and opportunities to influence sales strategies and drive future brand and assortment planning.
      • Provides a consistent rolling update to internal teams of business outlook as compared to forecast and budget on a monthly basis.
      • Active collaboration with Sales in defining assortment strategies by account consistent updates to the Assortment Management Tool
      • Partner with the Account Managers to plan new market introductions.
      • Monitor customer’s weekly replenishment order flow and monthly return request
      • Provide sell out analysis and communicate to sales team opportunities and risks.
      • Responsible for developing monthly shipment forecast in collaboration with the Account Manager and Director.
      • Partners with account, buying and planning teams for the purpose of communicating any and all order related information and open to buy strategies.
      • Communicate results and trends to Account Managers to create strategy to optimize opportunities and minimize risk.
      • Deliver timely and accurate brand reporting as requested by the brand management team, inventory planning and business intelligence team.
      • Develops relationships with internal departments to effectively support the Account Manager and drive segment strategies.
      • Works with Account Managers to plan, reconcile and report the monthly co-op log and workbook.

      BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

      • Bachelor’s Degree
      • 2 years of experience in a similar role involving sales analysis
      • Demonstrated experience working with multiple data sources including Retail POS from syndicated source (SPS or Edifice)
      • Must have strong knowledge of retail sell out and retail math.
      • Strong analytical skills, verbal and written skills, as well as strong presentation skills
      • Ability to develop and maintain key management relationships within the department store environment
      • Effective project management skills and strong organization/time mgt.
      • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a complex environment
      • Strong PC skills, including Excel, SAP, Pivot Tables, V-look Up

      Pay Range: $55,341.00 - $81155.8

      Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package Benefits/Incentive Information including health benefits, PTO, 401K, paid family leave, tuition reimbursement, and eyewear discounts.
