      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Evaluate and analyze loan packages, including credit and collateral documentation
      - Confirm rates and fees, and input data into the loan origination system
      - Re-disclose loans in compliance with RESPA/TILA requirements
      - Maintain clear communication with brokers, underwriters, and other stakeholders
      - Respond to audits and maintain acceptable post-funding audit results

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma
      - At least three years of experience with automated Loan Origination Systems in the mortgage industry
      - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor of Arts degree
      - Knowledge of mortgage banking and HECM documentation
      - Current knowledge of industry guidelines and federal, state, and local regulations
      - Familiarity with HECM disclosures and compliance requirements
      - Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
