Pay Range: $18 - $21 per hour
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm
Position Summary Description:
Performs all duties related to the customer fulfillment of Delivery and Will Call orders. Coordination with sales support coordinators. This would include providing foodservice beyond expectation, pulling product in various environments, and maintaining Will Call staging areas. Performs other duties related to Day Warehouse Operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Providing “Foodservice Beyond Expectation” to all will call customers. This is to be accomplished by providing timely and efficient delivery of orders, while maintaining a positive and pleasant attitude.
2. Pulling orders from various environments (Frozen, Chill, & Dry) in the warehouse, and partnering with the management team to ensure that customers are receiving their product in a timely manner.
3. Daily / Weekly Monitoring of all will call staging areas in the warehouse (Frozen, Chill & Dry) to ensure that product that has not been picked-up, is returned to stock within 48 hours. Coordinate deliveries with the Sales Support Coordinator.
4. Effective and timely communication with Sales Support Coordinator via walkie talkie radio.
5. Assists receiving dock with workload during down/slow time.
6. Performs similar and related duties as assigned by supervisor.
7. Uses the Company’s Mission/Vision Statements and Core Values as their guiding principles.
