What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives to identify and assist customers with Finished Product and Drapery Hardware
- Teach customers how to accurately measure for drapery and hardware installations
- Provide guidance on fabric selection and hardware motorization
- Write up quotes for window treatments and hardware based on customer needs
- Resolve customer inquiries and challenges promptly and effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience with window treatments
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to travel overnight for most sales territories
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Workroom knowledge is beneficial
- Ability to learn and understand diverse product lines
- Excellent driving record and ability to follow geographical directions
